针对市政工程中存在的地基处理不规范、附属特性的工程不佳等质量弊病,提出了提升素养层级、侧重管控细节、全程管控中的监理等改进管控的方式,并结合具体实例,研究了市政特有的绿化管控及附属特性的设施布设等管控措施,以供参考。
