摘要
为探究轨道加载试验车(简称TLV)在高速、重载线路上移动加载测试时其合理的加载参数,建立“TLV—高速板式无砟轨道/重载有砟轨道—路基”空间耦合动力学模型,系统分析加载速度、加载力、轨道结构参数的变化对轨道结构动态特性的影响规律。结果表明:满足测试要求前提下,同等加载力下合理的移动加载速度建议参考值为40-50km/h;同等加载速度下移动加载力越大,可认为加载力参数越为合理;轨下结构刚度的增大使得TLV移动加载下测得的轨道部件动位移降低,振动响应增强;TLV移动加载下不同轨道结构部件的动态特性对于轨道结构参数变化的敏感程度不同。
To explore the reasonable loading parameter when the Track Loading Vehicle ( TLV) is under mobile loading test on high-speed railway and heavy-haul railway, the “TLV-Slab Ballastless Track &Heavy-haul Ballast Track-Subgrade” spatial coupling dynamic models is established. The influence on the dynamic characteristics of track structure based on TLV is systematically analyzed by setting up the loading speed, loading force and the parameter of track structure. The results suggest that the reasonable loading speed under the same loading force is 40-50 km/h on the premise of meeting the test requirements, and that the bigger the loading force, the more reasonable the loading parameters at the same loading speed. The increase of structure stiffness under the rail may lead to the decreasing of dynamic displacement and the enhanced vibration response of track component. The sensitivities of the dynamic characteristics of different track components under the mobile loading of TLV are different to the changes of the parameters of track structure.
