本文分析了BOPA薄膜的表面润湿张力、粗糙度和摩擦系数等三项表面特性对塑料软包装产品质量的影响，将这三项性能控制在一个范围内，才能得到更好的产品质量，减少粘连、阻隔性降低、热封强度差、印刷小网点丢失、镀铝膜白点等不良后果。

This paper analyzes the influence of three surface properties on the quality of the flexible packaging, such as the surface wetting tension of BOPA film, roughness and friction coefficient. Controlling the three performances in a range can obtain the better product quality, reduce some negative effects such as the lower adhesion and barrier property, poor heat sealing strength, small print outlets, white dots in aluminum laminated films.
