摘要
富脂类食品富含油脂,容易氧化和水解而导致食品酸败变质,通过包装材料的合理设计与检测,能够有效提高富脂类食品的货架期,充分发挥包装对内容物的保护作用,提高食品的安全性。本文对食品软包装材料设计的要点进行了介绍。
Although fatty foods are rich in oil, and easy to be hydrolyzed and oxidated, and lead to food spoilage, the reasonable design and testing of packaging materials can effectively improve the shelf life of fatty food, which play an important role in the packaging of content protection, and thus improve the food safety. In this paper, the design points of food flexible packaging material are introduced.
