中医医院临床护士职业紧张现状及影响因素研究

The level and influencing factors of occupational stress among clinical nurses in a Traditional Chinese Mmedicine hospital

目的调查中医医院临床护士职业紧张现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取430名中医医院临床护士,利用一般资料调查表和职业紧张量表进行调查。结果中医医院临床护士职业任务总分为(173.27±19.88)分,个体紧张反应总分为(100.64±18.98)分,均高于西南地区职业人群常模(P<0.01);个体应对资源总分为(122.61±18.02)分,低于常模(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、学历、任职方式、护龄、工作科室是临床护士职业紧张的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论中医医院临床护士面临着较严重的职业紧张,为缓解临床护士的职业紧张,应适当减轻职业任务,重视个人减压,针对影响因素采取相应的对策。

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of occupational stress of clinical nurses in a Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） hospital. Methods Totally,430 nurses in a TCM hospital were investigated using a general information questionnaire and Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition （ OSI - R）. Results The total scores of occupational role and personal strain were （ 173.27± 19.88 ） and （ 100.64 ± 18.98 ） respectively, which were both above the national norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Total score of personal resources was （ 122.61 ± 18.02 ）, which was below the national norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education backgrounds, employment way, nursing ages and department were the main factors affecting occupational stress. Conclusion The clinical nurses in TCM hospitals suffer from serious occupational stress. In order to alleviate the occupational stress, measures should be taken to appropriately reduce workload,and relieve nurses＇persond stress.
