基于企业大学视角的民办高职院校办学模式的创新

Running Private Vocational and Technical Colleges from a Perspective of Corporate University

"企业大学"办学模式即民办高职院校转型为周边工业园区内企业的企业大学,一方面根据企业实际用人需求设置相应的专业和课程,另一方面加强对企业员工和客户培训,全面提升企业员工素质和企业效益,校企紧密合作,产教不断融合,校企共融共荣,是民办高职院校实现跨越式发展的一种新的办学模式。广东A职业学院在办学的过程中,对"企业大学"办学模式进行了实践,把学校职业教育和企业职业培训两个板块独立运营,和企业深度合作,为企业培养和培训人才,成效显著,有力地促进了地方社会经济的发展。

“Corporate university” pattern features a transition from private vocational and technical colleges to corporate universities run by surrounding industrial park enterprises. Corporate universities offer programs and courses oriented to actual needs of enterprise. At the same time they have training course for employees and clients to improve the caliber of staff and performance of enterprises. The close collaboration, integration and mutual prosperity are a new mode of development of private technical and vocation colleges. A Vocational and Technical College in Guangdong adopts this new pattern and plays an exemplary role by placing equal emphasis on tradition vocational education and job training, which promotes the local social and economic development.
