小生境与神经干细胞相互作用研究进展

摘要 神经干细胞的自我更新和分化成神经系统有赖于神经干细胞小生境。而成人脑干细胞小生境的成分已被确定:神经干细胞、基质细胞、细胞外基质、基底膜、可溶性因子、脉管系统等。小生境中的细胞之间相互交流、转换,不断地实时感知和响应。促进神经干细胞的增殖和分化。脉管系统是成体脑室下带神经干细胞小生境的重要成分。细胞外基质通过调节黏着性和迁移能力等方面来调节神经干细胞的形态、增殖和分化。
