急诊科心肺复苏152例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in 152 Cases

目的：分析152例急诊科心肺复苏情况，以此为临床诊治提供更多依据。方法收集152例急诊科接受心肺复苏术者作为研究对象，采用回顾性方式分析患者的临床资料。结果本组152例急诊科心肺复苏患者有48例救治成功，除颤平均时间为（2.81±0.32）min，救治成功率为31.58%；复苏失败104例，除颤平均时间为（7.95±0.36）min。以复苏时间进行亚组分析，≤5 min复苏成功率明显优于＞5 min复苏成功率，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=43.75，P＜0.05）。结论急诊科心肺复苏成功率仍偏低，但复苏越及时，成功率越高。

Objective By analyzing the cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） at the Emargency Department, to provide more basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods We collected 152 cases of CPR in emergency department as the research objects and analyzed their clinical data. Results The CPR in 48 cases was successful and the success rate was 31.58%. The success rate whose CPR time was less than 5 minutes was better than others （χ^y2=43.75, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The success rate of CPR was low. And the sooner the CPR was conducted, the higher the success rate was.
