Advances on Self-Assembly of Nanoparticles and the Application in Ultrasensitive Biosensors

摘要 纳米材料及其组件由于其特殊的电学、光学和磁学等性质已广泛用于生物、医学、环境等领域。作者综述了近年来纳米材料的最新研究进展,从分子模板介导的纳米自组装方法、纳米自组装超结构的光学性质等方面进行了概述。介绍了纳米材料作为光学传感器在生物超灵敏检测方面的应用,对纳米生物传感器的应用前景进行了展望。 Due to some special electrical,optical and magnetic properties,nanoparticles and their assemblies have been used in biology,medicine,environment and so on. This review focuses on the methods of molecule-templated nanoparticles assembly and the optical properties of self- assembled nanoparticles structures. At the same time,the application of nanomaterials as optical sensors in ultrasensitive biology detection are also illuminated. The application of nanobiosensors is prospected.
