扶正颗粒对免疫低下模型大鼠血淋巴细胞亚群的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Fuzheng Granules on Lymphocyte Subpopulation in Rats with Immune Deficiency

摘要 [目的]通过检测模型大鼠血淋巴细胞亚群含量的变化,探讨自拟方"扶正颗粒"对机体免疫功能的调节作用及其作用机制。[方法]选用体重200g左右雄性SD大鼠共50只,随机分成正常组、模型对照组、扶正颗粒低、中、高剂量组,分别给予相应的处理,用流式细胞仪检测血中CD4+、CD8+、CD45R+、CD161+淋巴细胞含量(%)的变化;并测定脾脏和胸腺的脏器指数。[结果]与模型对照组比较,不同剂量扶正颗粒能不同程度的提高肺脏、脾脏脏器指数;扶正颗粒中剂量组CD4+、CD8+、CD45R+、CD161+淋巴细胞含量明显提高,高剂量组CD4+、CD8+、CD45R+淋巴细胞含量也明显提高,但CD161+淋巴细胞含量无明显差异;扶正颗粒低、中、高剂量组之间CD4+、CD8+、CD45R+、CD161+淋巴细胞含量有明显差异。[结论]自拟方"扶正颗粒"可以提高环磷酰胺所致免疫低下大鼠血淋巴细胞亚群的含量,提高肺脏、脾脏脏器指数,从而改善大鼠免疫功能。 Objective]By detecting the percentage of lymphocyte subpopulation in rat arterial blood, to explore the regulation of Fuzheng granules in immune function and its mechanism of action. [Method] 50 male SD rats weighing about 200g were chosen and randomly divided into normal group, model control group, low, medium and high dose Fuzheng granules groups. Al of the groups were given corresponding treatment. The percentages of CD4+, CD8+, CD45R+, CD161+ lymphocyte in arterial blood were measured by flow cytometry. The visceral indexes of spleen and thymus gland were detected. [Results]The viscera indexes of spleen and thymus gland were improved in different dose Fuzheng granules groups. The percentages of CD4+, CD8+,CD45R+lymphocyte were increased significantly in medium and high dose Fuzheng granules group when compared with model control group. The percentage of CD161+lymphocyte was increased significantly in medium dose group. There was significant difference within these three groups. [Conclu-sion]Fuzheng granule can increase the percentage of lymphocyte subpopulation in immunocompromised rats induced by cyclophosphamide and improve viscera index of spleen and thymus gland, thus it can ameliorate the immune function of rats.
