双乳乳腺癌手术及放化疗后右肺软组织恶性巨细胞瘤一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女,40岁,因咳嗽伴胸闷憋气2个月,于2013年1月就诊于当地医院,胸部数字减影X线片示：右肺占位性病变,右侧胸腔积液.行CT引导下肺穿刺活组织检查,病理结果示：镜下见大量多核巨细胞,间质为骨样组织,骨肉瘤、软骨肉瘤、巨细胞瘤均不除外.我院会诊病理结果：恶性肿瘤,结合免疫组织化学结果,考虑为肺软组织恶性巨细胞瘤.免疫组织化学示：CD68＋,Vim＋,细胞角蛋白（CK）-,上皮细胞膜抗原（EMA）-,雌激素受体（ER）-,孕激素受体（PR）-,癌胚抗原（CEA）-,c-erbB-2-.患者为进一步诊治入我院.胸部CT示：右胸腔巨大肿物伴多发钙化,右侧第2、3肋骨受侵,局部骨质破坏;右侧胸腔积液;两侧乳腺缺失,胸壁瘢痕（图1）.
