摘要 Surfactin是一种由枯草芽孢杆菌产生的环脂肽,是一种很高效的生物表面活性剂,由一个亲水的环七肽头部连接14-C脂肪酸疏水尾部组成。Surfactin展现出众多的生物学功能,比如溶血、抗菌、抗支原体衣原体、抗病毒、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖等,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了近年来研究者在Surfactin生物合成、发酵生产及其应用等方面所取得的成果。 Surfactin, a bacterial cyclic lipopeptide, is produced by Bacillus subtilis and regarded as one of the most effective biosurfactants. The structure of Surfactin consists of amino acids bonded to the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of a 14-carbon fatty acid. Since Surfactin possesses a number of biological activities such as the ability to lyse erythrocytes, inhibit clot formation, lyse bacterial spheroplasts and protoplasts, it has broad application prospects. This review emphatically described the biosynthesis, fermentation and application research progress of Surfactin.
