摘要
手性氨基酸是一类重要的有机化合物,其在制药、农业化学等领域有着广泛的应用。由化学合成法为起始,综述了生物法在手性氨基酸生产中的应用,重点介绍了化学-生物酶法在制备手性氨基酸中的应用。
Chiral amino acid, an important category of organic compounds, has been widely used in the industries of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and so on. In this article, both chemical and biosynthetic methods of chiral amino acids were discussed. Furthermore, several chemoenzymatic approaches for chiral amino acids were introduced in detail.
