摘要
味精生产大部分能耗是来自汽耗,而耗汽单元操作排出的大量低压蒸汽(二次蒸汽),目前基本上是采用水冷回收热量或直排大气。拟采用先进的蒸汽喷射压缩等工艺大力回收利用低压蒸汽用于生产,将较大幅度降低生产能耗。
Steam consumption accounts for a majority of the energy consumption in monosodium glutamate production. Most of the low-pressure steam discharged from the steam consuming unit operation (secondary steam) is cooled by water for heat recovery or emitted into the atmosphere directly. This paper describes the use of steam jet compression to recycle the low-pressure steam for further use, which will significantly reduce the energy consumption.
