摘要
对不同地域种源与不同采摘方式对油茶营养素的影响进行了分析。结果表明:不同采摘方式对油茶籽油脂肪酸主要成分构成无显著影响。自然落果到地上的采摘方法对油茶籽含油率有积极影响。不同品种间油酸含量的变化范围比较大,其含量高低与是否是高产无性系没有必然关系。
The influences of different geographical provenances and picking methods on nutrients of Camellia oleifera were analyzed. The results showed that different picking methods have no significant effect on the main component of fatty acid of C. olerfera seed's oil. The methods of natural fruit drop have positive effort on the nutrients of C. oleifera. Changes in the scope of the oleic acid contents were relatively large in different breeds, and its content has no inevitable relationship with high yield clones or not.
