摘要
利用Abaqus软件建立航空子午线轮胎三维有限元模型,研究航空轮胎冲击地面瞬间橡胶基体和骨架材料的等效应力。结果表明:轮胎冲击地面时,轮胎与轮辋接触部位受力大于轮胎与地面接触部位,更容易发生疲劳失效;骨架材料中带束层帘布等效应力最大,是主要承载部件,冠带层等效应力较小,主要吸收胎面方向的冲击;胎面胶和带束层在胎肩部位出现等效应力峰值,胎面接地中心区域出现低应力区。
A 3Dfinite element model of aircraft radial tire was established by using Abaqus software,and the equivalent stress of rubber and reinforcing material in the moment of landing was studied.The result showed that,the contact stress of rim flange was higher than that of the tread rubber at the aircraft touchdown instant,so the contact area between rim and tire was more prone to fatigue failure.The equivalent stress of belt was the highest in all of the reinforcing material,which became the main load-bearing part.The equivalent stress of cap belt was lower,and it mainly absorbed the tread impact.For the tread and belt,the peak value of equivalent stress appeared in the tire shoulder,and the stress in the center of ground contact area was low.
