关于添加剂在加氢精制催化剂中作用的研究进展

The Research Progresses of Additives Effect on Hydrofining Catalyst

主要论述了添加剂在加氢精制催化剂中的作用。添加剂主要分为两种:助剂和分散剂。重点从作用机理,作用效果阐述了第二助剂磷和络合剂柠檬酸,以及分散剂聚乙二醇对加氢精制催化剂的影响。添加剂的主要作用可总结为:提高金属的分散度,增加催化剂的活性位点,提高孔容孔径及比表面积,同时可显著提高催化剂的加氢脱硫活性。最后提出添加剂在非负载型催化剂中的作用机理还需要进一步深入研究。

The effect of additives on hydrofining catalyst is mainly discussed. Additives are mainly divided into two kinds： auxiliary and disper- sant. The second fertilizer phosphorus and complexing agent citric acid are described focus from the mechanism and effect, as well as the effect of PEG on hydrorefining catalyst .The main function of the additives can be summarized as： improve the dispersion of the metal, increase the active site of catalyst, improve the entrance pore size and specific surface area, and also can significantly improve the activity of hydrodesulfurization catalysts. In the end it shows that the functional mechanism of additives hydrofining catalyst needed to be further researched.
