磷酸肌酸钠治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of phosphate sodium in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis

目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的病毒性心肌炎患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予磷酸肌酸钠治疗,对照组给予1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗,2个疗程后比较两组疗效。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后的CK-MB、c Tn I和BNP水平均低于对照组及治疗前（P〈0.05）;两组均未见不良反应发生。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore clinical effect of phosphate sodium in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis. Methods 60 patients with viral myocarditis in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Phosphate sodium was used in experimental group,1,6 fructose phosphate was applied in control group.The curative effect of two groups was compared after two course. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.After treatment,CK-MB,c Tn I and BNP level of experimental group was lower than that of control group respectively（P〈0.05）.There were no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of phosphate sodium in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis is distinct,with high safety,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
