静脉用药调配中心在医院药学服务中的作用探讨

The effect of pharmacy intravenous admixture services in hospital pharmacy service

目的探讨建立静脉用药调配中心（PIVAS）对医院药学服务的作用。方法将2012年2月~2013年2月建立PIVAS前200例未通过药师审方的用药医嘱作为对照组,将2013年8月~2014年8月建立PIVAS后200例通过药师审方的用药医嘱作为观察组,比较两组医嘱中的药物配伍不当问题、抗生素应用不规范现象、输液反应发生率及两组患者对医院药学服务的满意度。结果观察组医嘱中的药物配伍不当、抗生素应用不规范、输液反应发生率分别为5.5%、7.0%、5.0%,均明显低于对照组的23.0%、34.0%、27.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者对医院药学服务的满意度为97.0%,明显高于对照组的70.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论建立PIVAS能够显著提升医院药学服务质量,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the role of establishment of pharmacy intravenous admixture services（PIVAS） in hospital pharmacy services. Methods 200 cases of prescriptions which were not reviewed by pharmacists before the establishment of PIVAS from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected as control group,and 200 cases reviewed by pharmacists from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected as observation group.Drug incompatibility,improper use of antibiotics,infusion reactions,and patients satisfaction for the pharmacy services of the hospital for both groups were statistically analyzed. Results The incidence of drug incompatibility,the infusion reactions and improper use of antibiotics of the observation group was 5.5%,7.0% and 5.0% respectively,which was lower than 23.0%,34.0% and 27.5% of the control group respectively,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;the satisfaction for hospital pharmacy services of the observation group was 97.0%,which was higher than 70.5% of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion PIVAS can significantly improve the hospital pharmacy service quality,and thus is worthy of promotion.
