经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿的临床分析

Clinical analysis of transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture in treatment of ovarian cysts

目的探讨经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月~2014年5月本院妇产科收录的卵巢囊肿患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施传统经腹部引导穿刺治疗,观察组实施经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及手术安全性。结果观察组临床总有效率为100.0%,显著高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组各项并发症发生率明显低于照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗卵巢囊肿,疗效更显著,且安全性更高,尤为适合在临床上普及应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture in treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods 56 patients with ovarian cyst treated in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were collected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,traditional abdominal guided puncture treatment was taken to the control group,transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture treatment was taken to the observation group.Then the clinical curative effect and its operation safety were evaluated. Results The total clinical curative effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,higher than 75.0% of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;the incidence of various complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the curative effect of transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture in treatment of ovarian cysts is more prominent,and the security is higher,is particularly suited to popularize and apply in clinic.
