少女怀孕的相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors of adolescent pregnancy

目的了解少女怀孕的相关因素及探讨临床关爱措施。方法对2005至2012年在佛山市妇幼保健院要求终止妊娠的中期妊娠少女进行问卷调查,根据户籍不同分为农村组和城市组。结果参加调查的怀孕少女共98例,农村组的少女终止妊娠周数与第1次就诊妊娠周数相差较大,延迟终止妊娠最常见的原因是本人不重视占63.0%,其次是阴道炎占27.2%,农村组与城市组相比无显著性差异(x^2=0.492,P>0.05)。两组少女妊娠的原因第1位是青春期躁动,其次为男友诱骗;农村组有83.7%的患者是小学文化程度,与城市组相比有显著性差异(x^2=16.188,P<0.05);15~17岁是少女怀孕的高发年龄。结论少女怀孕的延迟终止与本人不重视、阴道炎有关,对其应给予终止妊娠前后的临床关爱。

Objective To investigate the relative factors of adolescent pregnancy and explore some clinical care measures.Methods From 2005 to 2012 adolescents with midtrimester requiring termination of pregnancy were investigated in Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital.They were divided into two groups by native place： city group and country group.Results A total of 98 adolescents accepting questionnaire survey.There was large interval between the gestational week at termination and that at seeing doctors for the first time in the country group.The most common reason for delayed termination of pregnancy was lacking enough attention （63.0%）, followed by vaginitis （27.2%） .There was no significant difference in the reasons between two groups（χ2 =0.492,P〉0.05） .The first cause of pregnancy in both groups was adolescent agitation, followed by being deceived by boyfriend.There were 83.7%of the girls from country only receiving primary school education, which was significantly different from the city group（χ2 =16.188,P〈0.05） .The high incidence age was 15 to 17 years old.Conclusion Delayed termination of pregnancy among adolescents is associated with lacking enough attention and vaginitis.So it is indispensable to give them clinical care before and after termination of pregnancy.
