米氮平联合坤泰胶囊对更年期抑郁症疗效观察

Curative effect of mirtazapine combined with kuntai capsule on menopausal depression

目的探讨米氮平联合坤泰胶囊对更年期抑郁症的疗效。方法将54例符合更年期首发抑郁障碍的患者随机分成米氮平联合坤泰胶囊治疗组(观察组)和单用米氮平治疗组(对照组),疗程8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效。结果治疗2、4、6、8周后观察组的HAMD评分显著低于对照组,两组HAMD评分比较均有显著性差异(t值分别为2.46、4.78、4.98、6.22,均P<0.05)。两组躯体化症状在治疗后1、2、4、6、8周比较均有显著性差异(t值分别为1.11、2.79、2.86、3.01、3.11,均P<0.01)。结论米氮平联合坤泰胶囊治疗更年期抑郁症起效快、效果好。

Objective To explore the curative effect of mirtazapine combined with kuntai capsule on menopausal depression.Methods Fifty-four patients with menopausal depression were recruited in the study, and they were randomly divided into two groups： mirtazapine combined with kuntai capsule group （ observation group） and single mirtazapine group （ control group） .The treatment course was 8 weeks. The efficacy was assessed with Hamilton depression scale （HAMD）.Results HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment for 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks （t value was 2.46, 4.78, 4.98 and 6.22, respectively, all P〈0.05）.The differences in somatization symptoms were significant between two groups after treatment for 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks （t value was 1.11, 2.79, 2.86, 3.01 and 3.11, respectively, all P〈0.01）.Conclusion In the treatment of menopausal depression, mirtazapine combined with kuntai capsule is effective with fast action.
