不同级别胶质瘤中p53蛋白与O^6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶表达的相关性

P53 protein in different grade gliomas and MGMT expression of differences and relations

目的探讨不同级别胶质瘤中p53蛋白与O6-甲基鸟嘌呤-DNA甲基转移酶(MGMT)表达的相关性。方法选取2013年1月至2013年12月间行神经外科手术切除的98例脑胶质瘤组织作为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学的方法分析不同级别胶质瘤组织中p53蛋白与MGMT表达的关系。结果 MGMT在不同级别胶质瘤组织间表达无显著差异,在表达强度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。p53在不同级别胶质瘤组织中的表达差异有统计学意义,在表达强度上并无明显特征。MGMT与p53在表达强度上呈负相关。结论 p53与MGMT的表达在不同级别的胶质瘤中均有一定的关系,且p53表达增强和MGMT表达减弱均对胶质瘤的发生、发展及其恶性程度产生一定的影响。

Objective p53 protein in different grade gliomas and the expression of MGMT’s relationship with the tumor biological characteristics.Methods Using the immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of p53 and O6-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase（MGMT） in 78 different grade gliomas,the role of them in the aspects such as tumor invasive comparison.Results MGMT expressed in different grade gliomas has no obvious difference,but the expression intensity has difference,and negatively correlated with them.The expression of p53 in different levels of glioma has obvious difference,the higher level,p53 protein expression positive rate is higher,the greater the intensity.And MGMT and p53 in expressing intensity showed a negative correlation.Conclusion The biological characteristics of glioma has relationship with the expression of P53 and MGMT.
