摘要
从石油天然气领域工程设计公司的内在运作规律出发,归纳出其组织结构的典型特征,并结合企业组织结构的现状和发展趋势进行分析,旨在运用组织结构基本理论构造出更加适宜此类公司的组织结构。通过对比国内外同类公司的组织差异,借鉴国内外组织革新经验,根据组织结构与组织资源之间的内在关系,得到此类公司组织结构的基本要求,进而通过详细分析当前工程设计公司常用的组织结构,提出针对此类公司组织结构革新的建议。
The article mainly analyzed the internal laws in developing organization structures for design firms in Oil ＆ Gas industries and summarized their typical characteristics. Considering the present status and potential tendency, the researches aimed at designing an applicable and practical structure pattern. Firstly, variable organization structures pertaining to homogeneous firms were researched. Subsequently, the experiences of overseas top-ranked companies were refined. Secondly, due to the relationship between organizational resources and structures, the essential requirements for designing these organization structureswere proposed. Finally, based on the constitution of the widely used structures, suggestions which are adopted to design the optimal organization structures are raised for these firms.
