补肾降白汤治疗肾虚慢性肾炎蛋白尿随机平行对照研究

Bushen Decoction Treatment of kidney deficiency reduced the chronic nephritis albuminuria random parallel control study

[目的]观察补肾降白汤治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组常规治疗,肾病饮食、控制血压80-85/120-135 mmHg之间;原发性肾病综合征按标准方案治疗,泼尼松成人1 mg/kg体重,晨起1次顿服,8-12周后,每2周减5 mg;缬沙坦,口服,80mg/次,1次/d。治疗组补肾降白汤（山茱萸30g,杜仲20g,黄芪25g,党参10g,山药20g,丹参25g,茯苓、补骨脂、蝉蜕各15g,气虚加白术15g,阳虚加巴戟15g,菟丝子20g,阴虚加女贞子15g,旱莲草10g,浮肿加猪苓10g,车前子15g）,水煎300mL,分两次口服。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测尿蛋白、24h微量蛋白尿、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程（3个月）,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床控制7例,显效29例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.77%。对照组临床控制2例,显效17例,有效12例,无效14例,总有效率98.88%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。尿蛋白及24h微量蛋白尿两组均有改善（P〈0.01）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]补肾降白汤联合西药治疗肾虚慢性肾炎蛋白尿,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the effect of Bushen Decoction reduced the efficacy in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria. [ Method ] Using random parallel control method, 90 cases of inpatient and outpatient patients according to treatment sequence number were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment, kidney disease, blood pressure control diet between 80 - 85/120 - 135 mmHg;primary nephrotic syndrome treated by standard scheme, prednisone adult weight of 1 mg/kg, the morning of 1 ton service, 8 - 12 weeks, every 2 weeks to minus 5 mg; valsartan, oral, 80rag/times, 1 times/d. Bushen decoction treatment group reduced （ Comus 30g, Eucommia 20g 25g, astragalus, dangshen 10g, 20g yam, Poria cocos, Salvia 25g, psoralen, cicada slough each deficiency plus 15g, Atractylodes 15g, Yang 15g add Morinda, dodder 20g, deficiency of yin and Kami Junko 15g lOg, Eclipta, edema plus Polyporus 10g, Plantago 15g ）, Decoction 300mL, points two times oral 1 months of continuous treatment for 1 courses.Observation of urine protein, urine protein, the adverse reaction of 24h. Continuous treatment of 3 courses of treatment （ 3 months ）, curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment of clinical control group of 7 cases, 29 cases markedly effective, effective 8 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 97.77%. Clinical control group in 2 cases, 17 cases markedly effective, effective 12 cases, invalid 14 cases, the total efficiency of 98.88%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Urinary protein and 24h trace proteinuria in two groups were improved （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the treatment group is better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Bushen decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of kidney deficiency reduced urine protein in chronic glomerulonephritis, satisfactory curative effect, no side effect, is worth promoting.
