补阳还五汤联合西药治疗冠状动脉慢血流随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Subtraction Combined with Western Medicine Treatment in Coronary Slow Flow

[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合西药治疗冠状动脉慢血流疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将45例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组22例硝酸酯类药物、阿司匹林、调脂类药物、营养心肌及对症支持治疗等。治疗组23例补阳还五汤(生黄芪40g,当归尾、赤芍各10g,地龙9g,川芎12g,桃仁、红花各9g,丹参20g,桂枝9g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗6周为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]症状疗效治疗组显效13例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率86.96%。对照组显效8例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率59.09%。心电图疗效治疗组显效13例,有效6例,无效4例,总有效率82.61%。对照组显效8例,有效4例,无效10例,总有效率54.55%。症状、心电图疗效治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补阳还五汤联合西药治疗冠状动脉慢血流,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To investigate therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment in coronary slow flow. [ Methods ] Based on randomized parallel controlled study, a total of 45 outpatients and inpatients are enrolled and randomly divided into study and control group according to their visit sequence. The control group of 22 cases are given Western-based treatment, including nitrates, aspirin, lipid regulation agents, nutritional myocardial drugs and other symptomatic supportive treatment. The treatment group of 23 cases on the basis of Western-based treatment and joint Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment. They are raw radix astragal 40g, angelica sinensis 10g, red peony root 10g, lumbricus 9g, rhizomaligusticichuanxiong 12g, peach kernel 9g, safflower 9g, salvia 20g, cassia twig 9g, one dose daily, decocted with water and divided to 2 parts for oral use individually. The therapy lasts for 6 weeks. Observation of Clinical symptoms, ECG, adverse reactions are assessed pre and post therapy. [ Result ] 13and 7 cases partly respond and respond to the therapy, 3 cases don＇ t respond in treatment group at symptom improvement, total effective rate is 86.96% ; 8 and 5 cases partly respond and respond to the therapy, 9 cases don＇ t respond in control group at symptom improvement, total effective rate is 59.09% ; 13and 6 cases partly respond and respond to the therapy, 4 cases don＇ t respond in treatment group at ECG efficacy, total effective rate is 82.61%; 8 and 4 cases partly respond and respond to the therapy, 10 cases don＇ t respond in control group at ECG efficacy, total effective rate is 54.55% ; Symptom improvement and ECG efficacy in treatment group is better compared to control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Western medicine has satisfactory curative effect to cure CSF, has no side effect, It＇ s worth popularizing and applying.
