通窍活血汤联合西药治疗颅内动脉瘤介入术后头痛16例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 16 Cases of Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction with Western Medicine Combined on Headache after Intervention for Intracranial Aneurysm Rupture

[目的]观察通窍活血汤联合西药治疗颅内动脉瘤介入术后头痛疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对16例住院患者1营养神经,预防应激性溃疡,纠正水、电解质紊乱等常规综合治疗。2通窍活血汤(赤芍、桃仁、红花、生姜切片、老葱切碎、地龙、当归各9g,川穹、甘草各3g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、头痛程度(口述评分)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效12例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率93.75%。[结论]通窍活血汤联合西药治疗颅内动脉瘤介入术后头痛,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongqiaohuoxue decoction with western medicine combined on headache after Intervention for intracranial aneurysm rupture. [ Methods ] By using of random parallel control method, 16 cases of hospitalized patients with （1）nourishing neurocyte, preventing stress ulcer, keeping balance of water-electrolyte and other comprehensive treatment.（2）Tongqiaohuoxue decoction, Chishao, Taoren, Honghua, Shengjiang, Laocong, Dilong, Danggui, each 9g, Chuanqiong, Gancao, each 3g, 1 /d, decoction 100mL, taking orally at day and night. Continuous treatment for 14d for 1 course. Observation of clinical symptoms, level of headache, untoward reaction. [ Results ] 12 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 1 case were ineffective and the total effective rate was 93.75%. [ Conclusion ] Effect of Tongqiaohuoxue decoction with western medicine combined on headache after Intervention for intracranial aneurysm rupture is significant, no side-effect, worthy of promoting.
