针刺、足浴、耳穴贴压、降压药枕联合西药治疗老年原发性高血压随机平行对照研究

Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Foot Bath,Auricular Application Pressure,Step-down YaoZhen Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Senile Primary Hypertension Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察针刺、足浴、耳穴贴压、降压药枕联合西药治疗老年原发性高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β-受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂等口服降压药。治疗组50例针刺:取凤池穴、曲池穴、合谷穴、神门穴、三阴交穴、足三里穴,针刺得气后用平补平泻手法,30min/次,3次/周,10次为1疗程,疗程间休息1周;足浴(芹菜50g,桑枝、茺蔚子、桑叶各30g),浸泡30min,4000mL大火煮开后,文火煎煮15min^30min,药液温度保持50℃~60℃,按摩脚部涌泉穴,30min/次,2次/d;耳穴贴压:取穴降压沟、内分泌穴,75%乙醇清洗消毒,0.25cm2胶布把王不留行粘在穴位,早、中、晚按摩按压,60次/min,5min/次,直到有轻微疼痛;降压药枕(荷叶0.5kg,菊花1.0kg,夏枯草1.0kg),制成药枕,睡觉使用;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效45例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组显效21例,有效15例,无效14例,总有效率72.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血压指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺、足浴、耳穴贴压、降压药枕联合西药治疗老年原发性高血压效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood pressure index, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 45 cases were markedly improved, 3 cases ineffective in 2 cases, and total effective rate was 96.00%. Control group 21 cases were markedly effective, effective 15 cases, 14 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 72.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Blood pressure indicators in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （P〈0.05） . [ Conclusion ] Acupuncture, foot bath, auricular application pressure, step-down YaoZhen combined western medicine treatment of senile primary hypertension effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
