疏血通联合西药治疗心脑血管疾病随机平行对照研究

ShuXieTong Combined Western Medicine Treatment of Disease of Heart Head Blood-vessel Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察疏血通联合西药治疗心脑血管疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抽签法简单随机法分为两组。对照组50例脱水、低分子右旋糖酐、降血压、止血、对症及支持疗法。治疗组50例4mL疏血通+250mL0.9%氯化钠,1次/d,静滴;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效20例,有效26例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。对照组显效12例,有效20例,无效18例,总有效率64.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。神经功能缺损评分两组均有明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]疏血通联合西药治疗心脑血管疾病效果显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe ShuXieTong combined western medicine treatment of disease of heart head blood-vessel curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 50 cases of conventional western medicine treatment, including dehydration, low molecular dextran, fall blood pressure, stop bleeding, symptomatic therapy and support. Treatment group （ 50 cases of 4 ml ShuXieTong injection ＋ 250 mL 0.9% sodium chloride solution, 1/d, the static drop ;Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, neural function defect scale, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 20 cases were markedly effective, effective 26 cases, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 92.00%. The control group, 12 eases were markedly improved effectively and 20 cases, 18 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 64.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Neural function defect scale in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] ShuXieTong joint western medicine treatment of disease of heart head blood-vessel, worthy of promotion.
