平衡推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症随机平行对照研究

Balance Massage Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[目的]观察平衡推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,对52例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组26例放松腰骶部肌肉及腰椎复位。治疗组26例平衡推拿：按揉法、拿法、滚法等从胸椎中上段至腰骶部脊柱两侧膀胱经及两侧臀部、两侧下肢后外侧施术5-10min,着重弹拨、按揉脊柱两侧腰背部肌肉痉挛及压痛点、腰椎横突旁压痛点、髂后上棘压痛点及股骨大转子周围挛缩组织＋胸椎小关节复位＋腰椎复位,1次/d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腰腿功能、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效2例,无效1例,总有效率96.20%。对照组痊愈17例,显效3例,无效6例,总有效率76.90%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]平衡推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效满意,安全性高,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the balance massage therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled methods, 52 cases of outpatient patients according to the order number method and were randomly divided into two groups, A control group of 26 cases of lumbar reset.The treatment group of 26 cases using the press kneading method, take method, rolling method and other methods from the patients with thoracic upper to the lumbosacral spine on both sides of bladder and on both sides of the hip, on both sides of the lower extremity lateral 5 - 10min,（ mainly plucked, Anrou spasm and pain point, transverse process of lumbar spine on both sides of the back muscles tenderness point, iliac after the spine tenderness and trochanter surrounding tissues ） ＋ thoracic vertebra small joint reduction and lumbar reduction, 1 times / d, continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses .observation of clinical symptoms, and functional activities, adverse reaction. Continuous 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 23 cases were cured, 2 cases markedly effective, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.2%. The control group 17 cases were cured, 3 cases markedly effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 76.9%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Balance massage therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, high security, is worthy of promotion.
