糖尿病作为一种内分泌相关的代谢性疾病与心力衰竭的发生呈正相关,严重影响病情及预后。糖尿病心衰的基础病因复杂,但多因高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心脏瓣膜病变、肺源性疾患等。通过对糖尿病及心衰的中西医病因病理以及糖尿病及心衰的能量代谢的研究,从中西医方面揭示疾病的主要病因病机。

Diabetes, a kind of endocrine-related metabolic diseases, is proportional to the probability of the heart failure, which seriously affects the condition and prognosis of some illness. The underlying cause of the diabetic patients with heart failure is complicated, however, it is mostly due to hypertension, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, Valvular heart disease and so on. In this paper, the pathology of diabetes and heart failure, the characteristic of physiological changes and the energy metabolism are researched, which can reveal a major cause of illness and are of vital significance to the treatment and prevention of diabetic patients with heart failure.
