沙丁胺醇联合金水宝胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响研究

Effect of salbutamol combined with Jinshuibao capsules on pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的 探讨沙丁胺醇联合金水宝胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者（COPD）的肺功能、6分钟步行试验（6MWD）和SGRT评分的影响.方法 选择慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂,观察组给予沙丁胺醇和金水宝胶囊.对比治疗后肺功能、6分钟步行距离和SGRT评分等指标变化.结果 两组患者的肺功能、6MWD和SGRT均有所改善.观察组治疗后肺功能指标变化值均大于对照组,在6MWD上高于对照组,SGRT低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.经过2周的干预之后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比,第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量比较,观察组的肺功能指标均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组总有效率为94.00％,对照组为78.00％.经x2检验,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（x2=11.302,P＜0.05）.结论 沙丁胺醇联合金水宝胶囊能明显改善稳定期COPD患者肺功能各项指标、提高6分钟步行距离,降低SGRT评分,减少气道阻塞程度,防止支气管痉挛,同时提高自身免疫力,降低西药耐药性及其不良反应.

Objective To inverstigate the effect of salbutamol combined with Jinshuibao capsules on pulmonary function,six minute walk test and SGRT in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods One hundred patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group were given salbutamol aerosol.The control group were given salbutamol and Jinshuibao capsule.After treatment,lung function,six minutes walk distance and SGRT index change was compared.Results Lung function,6MWD and SGRT in the two groups were improved.But in the two groups,after treatment,lung function indexes changes in the control group were larger than those in the experimental group（P ＜0.01）.The two groups after treatment,the 6MWD index in the control group is much lower than that in the experimental group （P ＜ 0.01）.But SGRT in the control group was higher than that in the test group （P ＜ 0.01）.The total efficiency of the patients in the observation group was 94％ ; the total effective rate of the control group patients was 78％.The clinical effects of two groups were tested by x2 test,the curative effect in observation group were significantly better than that in the control group,there was statistically significant differences （x2 =11.302,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Salbutamol combined with Jinshuibao capsule can obviously improve lung function indicators of patients with COPD,improve six minutes walking distance,degree of SGRT,reduce the degree of airway obstruction,prevent bronchospasm,and enhance the immunity,reduce drug resistance and adverse reaction.
