机构知识库取代馆际互借试验引发的思考

日本小樽商科大学图书馆等机构实施的IRcures ILL项目表明:日本高校图书馆不追求文献传递的服务数量及效率,而是致力于发展机构知识库,而我国的一些文献传递服务机构却在追逐该服务的数量等级。这主要是因为日本图书馆不担忧信息中介地位被削弱,并希望融入新学术交流模式中。同时,中日机构知识库发展存在差距也源于价值观不同。

The IRcures ILL project implemented by Otaru University of Commerce Libraries in Japan and other institutions indicates that Japanese university libraries don＇t pursue the service quantity and the efficiency of the document delivery, but devote to the development of the institutional repository, but some organizations of the document delivery service in China pursue the quantity level of the delivery service.Because Japanese libraries aren＇t worried about that the role of the information intermediary would be weakened, and hope to integrate into the new academic exchange mode. Meanwhile, the development of institutional repositories between China and Japan has gaps because of different values.
