摘要
图书馆知识组织的结构或方式体现了图书馆文化、技术、设备和馆员的关系。馆员"机组式知识自律模式"包括馆员知识组织自律的权威性、忠诚度、知识交流、效率、标准、培训、追求目标、期望和知识转移行为与之匹配的情境等内容,它包括垂直型结构和水平型结构的管理模式,并可以分析馆员知识自律特征结构。实证研究表明,馆员"机组式知识自律模式"可以实现馆员的知识自律,促进知识自组织的形成,并使图书馆取得较好的知识管理效果。图书馆在执行知识管理计划时,应采取多种措施。
The structure or mean of the library knowledge organization reflects relations among the culture,the technology, the equipment, and the librarian of the library. The "unit type intellectual self-discipline mode" of the librarian includes contents: the authority, the loyalty, the knowledge communication, the efficiency, the standard, the training, the pursuing goal, the expectation and the context that the knowledge transfer behavior matches the knowledge organization self-discipline, and so on. It includes the management mode of the vertical structure and the horizontal structure, and could analyze the structure of the knowledge self-discipline characteristics of the librarian.The empirical research shows that the "unit type intellectual self-discipline mode" of the librarian could realize the knowledge self-discipline of the librarian, promote the formation of the knowledge self-organization, and enable the library to achieve better effects of the knowledge management. When the library executes the knowledge management programme, it should take many measures.
