摘要
神华集团从提升管理人员的岗位胜任素质和推动组织战略落地两个角度出发,构建了从子分公司基层管理人员直至集团高层管理者多个层级的培训体系。本文在阐述神华集团管理人员构成特征的基础上,通过详尽描述神华集团管理人员多层培训体系的建设与实践经验,对中央企业管理人员培训工作提出几点思考。有效的央企管理人员培训体系应结合中央部署、以组织变革的战略路径为导向,着眼于企业核心需求,提升企业不同职级、不同能力水平管理人员的胜任素质,从而提升企业的人力资源整体实力。
A multi-level manager training system of Shenhua Group co., Ltd has been constructed from sub branch managers up to senior manager in the organization, which focus on improving the competent quality of manager and promoting the transformation of organization. This study describes the construction and practice process of the multi-level manager training system of Shenhua Group co., Ltd based on the characteristics analysis of the hierarchical level of managers in Shenbna Group co., Ltd., and put forwards some inspiration to the state-owned central enterprises about how to construct the effective manager training system. For each state-owned central enterprise, the effective manager training system should be consistent with the government development strategy, focus on the core need of enterprise and improve the quality of managers in different level of organization, so as to improve the overall strength in human resources of the enterprise.
