摘要
丰田公司的快速发展与持续成功使得它成为国内制造企业的学习对象。可是,在学习与模仿的过程中,却很少有企业能够真正地将丰田的"持续改善"落到实处并取得成功。文章通过案例研究的方式,对丰田"持续改善"文化的形成过程和组织化过程进行了分析,揭示了"持续改善"难以简单模仿和成为丰田可持续竞争优势来源的原因,并提出了丰田"持续改善"实践的借鉴意义。
Toyota's rapid growth and continued success makes it be a domestic manufacturing enterprise learning objects. However, very few companies can succeed in the process of learning and imitation from Toyota's "continuous improvement". Through the method of case study, the formation process and organizational culture of Toyota's "continuous improvement"way were analyzed, and we found the reason that the"continuous improvement" way is a source of competitive advantage of Toyota and difficult to simply imitate. At last, the revelations to Chinese enterprises are given.
