A Study of Small and Medium Sized Sci-tech Enterprises' Knowledge Transfer in Guangxi Based on Knowledge Alliance

科技型中小企业是目前广西高新技术产业最具活力的一部分,企业如何吸收外部知识是科技型中小企业提升创新能力的一个关键要素。本文简要概述知识联盟和科技型中小企业两者之间的关系,同时结合广西科技型中小企业进行知识转移的现状,分析其影响知识转移效果的相关因素并提出相应的对策。

Small and medium sized sci-tech enterprises are the most active part in Guangxi’s high and new technology industry. How to absorb knowledge is the key factor in promoting its innovation ability. By stating the relationship between Knowledge alliance and these enterprises in accordance with its knowledge transfer situation,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the effect of knowledge transfer and the corresponding countermeasures.
