摘要
农村饮用水源安全是农村饮水安全的核心,关系到农村地区的稳定和可持续发展,也是我国"美丽乡村"建设的重要内容。但由于长期对农村饮用水源保护的忽视,导致目前我国农村饮用水源安全问题突出。分析造成我国农村饮用水源问题的原因,确立我国农村饮用水源法治的基本原则,对实现我国农村饮用水源法治及安全具有重要的现实意义。
The source safety in rural drinking water is the core of safety,which concerns the stable and sustainable development in ru？ral areas,also an important part of“beautiful country”construction in our country. But due to long-term neglect of protecting rural drink？ing water sources,at present the safety of drinking water sources in rural areas of our country is becoming severe. By analyzing the cause of problems,this paper intends to establish the basic principles of the rule of law for drinking water source safety,which has an important sig？nificance.
