反恐视角下高校辅导员应急能力的培养机制探析——以柳州师专为例

A Study of Training Mechanism of College Counselors' Emergency Response Capability from the Perspective of Anti-Terrorism:A Case Study of Liuzhou Teachers College

高校辅导员制度的实施,使辅导员走向教育和管理大学生的"前沿阵地"而承担直接责任。结合各高校的具体实际,高校辅导员的应急能力结构包括预警能力、处置能力、危机学习与评估能力等三个方面;应通过强化内在机制的关键作用和完善外在机制的保障作用,促进其应急能力的提升。

The implementing system of college counselors makes it that counselors approach the educating and managing of students, and bear direct responsibilities. With the concrete situation of each college into consideration,this paper holds the view that emergency-re？sponse capabilities of college counselors include the capability of early-warning,disposal capability,the capability of analyzing and as？sessing crisis;through strengthening the key role of internal meachanism and perfecting guaranteeing role of external mechanism,the emer？gency response capability of counselors could be promoted.
