摘要
在独立学院转型时期,辅导员队伍稳定建设受到内部因素与外部因素的综合影响,出现不稳定性现象。对此,运用现代企业管理研究中的工作满意度与敬业度来进行探析,以期对独立学院辅导员队伍不稳定性因素有更为清晰地认识,便于后期实施有效地解决对策。
Transformation in the independent college counselor team construction period,the stability will be affected by the com?bined internal and external factors,and the emergence of the phenomenon of instability.In this study,the use of modern enterprise manage?ment in the job satisfaction and engagement to carry on analysis,factors in the period of independent college counselors team instability has a more clear understanding,to facilitate later implementation effectively solve countermeasure.
