摘要 提出了一种计及风电调峰特性的电网接纳风电能力分析方法。基于机会约束规划理论,在考虑风电场风速随机性的同时,计及不同季节的风电出力和负荷分布情况,以小时为时间尺度,将风电的调峰特性引入风电并网准入功率极限模型。最后以IEEE 30节点系统为例,采用基于蒙特卡洛模拟的粒子群优化算法进行模型求解,分析了调峰特性对风电穿透功率极限的影响,在此基础上对其他影响因素包括风机类型和参数、风电场平均风速、约束条件不同置信水平等进行了分析。算例结果验证了上述模型和方法的实用性和有效性。 A method for analyzing the wind power penetration capacity in power grid is proposed,which takes the peak regulation characteristics of wind power into consideration. Based on the chance-constrained programming theory,the peak regulation characteristics of wind power is introduced into the wind power penetration limit model,which,with hour as the timescale,considers the randomness of wind speed and the distributions of wind power and load throughout seasons. The particle swarm optimization algorithm based on Monte Carlo simulation method is applied to solve the model for IEEE 30-bus test system as an example and the influence of peak regulation characteristics on the wind power penetration limit is analyzed,based on which,other influencing factors,such as the wind turbine type and parameters ,the average wind speed of wind farm, the credit level of constraints,etc practicality of the proposed model and method. are discussed.
