马齿苋水提取物的平喘作用研究

目的:观察马齿苋水提取物(Water Extract of Portulaca oleracea L,WEPO)的平喘作用。方法:采用超声雾化磷酸组胺-氯化乙酰胆碱诱发豚鼠喘息模型,以引喘潜伏期及因呼吸困难、窒息发生抽搐跌倒动物比率为指标,评价WEPO的平喘作用。采用离体完整豚鼠气管毛细管试验,以毛细管内液面的高度为指标,观察不同剂量WEPO对气管平滑肌张力的影响。结果:WEPO各剂量组豚鼠引喘潜伏期均明显长于蒸馏水(Dw)对照组,WEPO中、大剂量组发生抽搐跌倒动物比率较对照组比较明显降低,WEPO各剂量组离体豚鼠气管平滑肌液面高度明显低于药前。结论:WEPO具有平喘作用。

Results： The latent period of asthma in high, medium and low-dose group ;The convulsions fall rate in WEPO medium and high-dose group was significantly lower than in Dw control group. The effect of WEPO on isolated tracheal smooth baseline Isolated guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle liquid height was significantly lower than before in WEPO each dose group. Conclusion：WEPO has significant anti-asthmatic effect.
