福辛普利与硝苯地平控释片治疗重度高血压的临床观察

Clinical observation of fosinopril and nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of severe hypertension

目的系统评价福辛普利与硝苯地平控释片用于重度高血压的临床效果。方法 45例重度高血压患者,随机分成试验组23例与对照组22例,试验组采用福辛普利治疗,对照组采用苯地平控释片治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果试验组有效率95.65%,对照组有效率为72.73%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周后试验组患者收缩压和舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者血压恢复正常时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论福辛普利对于重度高血压患者具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To systemically evaluate the clinical effects of fosinopril and nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of severe hypertension. Methods A total of 45 severe hypertension patients were randomly divided into experimental group with 23 cases and control group with 22 cases. The experimental group received fosinopril treatment, and the control group was treated by nifedipine controlled release tablets. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 95.65%, and that of the control group was 72.73%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After 1 week of treatment, the levels of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were lower in i, the experimental group than in the control group （P〈O.05）. The recovery time of blood pressure in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group （P〈O.05）. Conehlsion Fosinopril can provide significant clinical effect in the treatment of severe hypertension.
