摘要
介绍了我国乳制品加工行业所涉及主导产品的能耗点,以及国际乳品加工行业正在推广实施的低碳技术,以期为我国乳品企业提供参考,推动我国乳制品加工行业向着高效节能的方向发展。
This paper introduced the energy consumption in China dairy processing involving leading products, and the low carbon technology implementing in the international dairy processing industry. In order to provide references for our dairy enterprises, and promote the industry of dairy processing in China developing toward high efficiency and energy saving.
