中药化瘀排石汤联合西药利尿抗感染治疗泌尿系结石的疗效观察

Diuretic and anti-infectious treatment of combination of Huayu Paishi Decoction and western medicine for urinary calculi

目的探讨中药化瘀排石汤联合西药利尿抗感染治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法来我院就诊的泌尿系结石患者，随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组主要采用西药利尿抗感染治疗泌尿系结石，实验组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药化瘀排石汤的治疗。比较两组患者的症状缓解情况、排石情况及治疗疗效。结果对照组145例患者，112例患者症状缓解，33例未缓解，缓解率为77．2％；第一疗程排石41例，第二疗程排石31例，第三疗程排石22例，排石率为64．8％；52例治愈，22例显效，20例有效，无效51例，有效率为64．8％；实验组145例患者，所有患者症状缓解，缓解率为100％。第一疗程排石64例，第二疗程排石41例，第三疗程排石27例，排石率为91．0％。98例治愈，21例显效，13例有效，无效13例，有效率为91．0％。经统计分析，两组患者症状缓解情况、排石情况及治疗疗效的差异具有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论中药化瘀排石汤联合西药利尿抗感染治疗泌尿系结石临床疗效明显，患者恢复较好，值得进一步的推广和应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of the diuretic and anti-infectious treatment of the combination of Huayu Paishi Decoction and western medicine for urinary calculi. Methods Patients with urinary stone from our hospital, were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The control group were diureticly and anti-infectiously treated with western medicine; in addition, the experimental group were treated with Huayu Paishi Decoction. The symptomatic relief, stone curative effect, and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results Among the 145 patients of the control group, 112 patients＇ symptoms relieved, 33 patients＇ didn＇ t, with a relief rate of 77.2%; 41 got rid of the stones in the first course, 31 in the second, and 22 in the third, with a stone expulsion rate of 64.8%; 52 were cured, 22 were markedly effective, 20 were effective, and 51 had no effect, with an efficacy of 64.8%. Among the 145 patients of the experimental group, all patients＇ symptoms relieved, with a relief rate of 100.0%; 64 got rid of the stones in the first course, 41 in the second courses, and 27 in the third courses, with a stone expulsion rate of 91.0%; 98 were cured, 21 were markedly effective, 13 were effective, and 13 had no effect, with an efficacy of 91.0%. The statistical analysis showed that there were statistical differences in symptomatic relief, stone curative effect, and treatment effect between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The diuretic and anti- infectious treatment of the combination of Huayu Paishi Decoction and western medicine for urinary calculi is effective in a short time and is worth being clinically generalized.
