摘要 冠状动脉侧支循环常发生于冠状动脉粥样硬化引起的冠状动脉狭窄或继发血栓形成时,建立良好的冠状动脉侧支循环可以改善冠状动脉的血液供给,降低冠心病患者的死亡率。本文就影响冠状动脉侧支循环形成的相关因素做一简单综述。 Coronary collateral circulation (CCC) often occurs in coronary atherosclerosis which is caused by coronary artery ste- nosis or secondary thrombosis. The establishment of good coronary collateral circulation can improve the blood supply of coronary artery and reduce the mortality of coronary heart disease (CHD). This paper simply reviews the relevant factors of coronary collateral circu- lation.
