虽然服装生产的优化理论逐渐得到充实,但是在实际生产环节中却未得到充分的应用,出现了理论知识与实际生产的不协调,生产效率受到影响。文章针对S公司的实际生产状况,对其职业裤装吊挂生产流水线存在的问题进行分析,通过运用相关的理论优化方法,对S公司职业裤装吊挂流水线的生产工序进行优化,从而将S公司的工序编制效率由原来的68.6%提升到现在的95.9%,进而实现流水线工序优化,使流水线达到平衡,不仅对企业的实践生产具有重要的意义,也充实和丰富了优化生产的理论。

Although the optimization theory of garment production is gradually enriched, it hasn＇t been fully applied in the actual production process. The theory and the actual production are not coordinated, the work efficiency is affected. The paper is aimed at the production status of the S company, through analyzing the problem of the uniform trousers＇ hanging production line, using related optimization methods to optimize the production process of S company uniform trousers＇ hanging pipeline. By optimizing, the work efficiency of S company is promoted from 68.6% to 95.9% , which makes the optimization of process pipeline come true and makes the assembly line balanced. Besides, optimizing the production process of S company uniform trousers＇ hanging pipeline not only has practical significance in the practical production of other enterprises, but also enriches the theory of optimization of production.
