摘要 目的:建立金线草中没食子酸含量测定方法。方法采用 HPLC 法,色谱柱以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm),甲醇-1 mL·L-1磷酸溶液(4∶96)为流动相洗脱,检测波长272 nm ,体积流量1 mL·min^-1,柱温30℃。结果没食子酸在0.0410~0.2050μg 范围内(r =1)有良好的线性关系;平均回收率为101.3%,RSD 为1.7%(n =6)。结论该方法简便准确,为更好地开发利用金线草提供依据。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in different parts of A ntenoron f ili f orme . Methods The test was carried out on a C18 column(250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) ,with methanol 1 mL· L - 1 phosphoric acid solution (4 ∶ 96) as the mobile phase .The flow rate was 1 mL · min - 1 and the detection wavelength was 272 nm ;the column temperature was 30 ℃ .Results The linear range of gallic acid was 0 .041 0-0 .205 0 μg (r = 1) ,and the average recovery was 101 .3% with RSD 1 .65% (n= 6) .Conclusion The method is simple and accurate ,and provides a basis for the further development of Antenoron f iliforme .
