2011～2013年南通市第三人民医院眼科用药分析

Analysis of drug use in the department of ophthalmology in the Third People′s Hospital of Nantong during 2011-2013

目的：了解我院眼科外用药的应用构成及用药趋势，反馈临床眼科用药信息及提供合理用药建议。方法通过我院药品管理系统统计我院2011～2013年出库的眼科外用药情况，分析药品品种、分类、消耗量和销售金额等指标。结果抗感染类、抗白内障类和抗干眼疲劳药是眼科主要用药，其中抗干眼疲劳药上升趋势较明显。结论我院眼科用药基本合理，符合眼科临床用药的相关规定和要求，但仍需规范我院抗感染类药的应用及丰富眼科药物剂型。

Objective To understand the composition and trend of ophthalmic drugs for external use ,feeding back the drug informa-tion and ophthalmic clinical rational drug recommendations for clinical department of ophthalmology .Methods Statistics of oph-thalmic drugs for external use were collected from 2011 to 2013 .The varieties of drugs ,classification ,consumption ,sales amount and other indicators were analyzed .Results Drugs of anti-infective ,anti-cataract ,and anti-dry ＆ fatigue were the main ophthal-mic drugs in clinical use .Meanwhile ,the application of anti-dry ＆ fatigue was in an upward trend .Conclusion Although the ap-plication of ophthalmic drugs in our hospital was reasonable and consist with the relevant provisions of clinical requirements ,we still need to standardize the application of anti-infective drugs and enrich ophthalmic drug dosage forms .
