摘要
以国内外研究成果为述评对象,对公共交通服务绩效评价的评价标准、评价方法和评价指标的研究现状进行系统的梳理和述评;综述了公共交通服务绩效研究的发展及该领域的一些主要研究成果,指出了该领域现有研究存在的问题和局限性,提出了相应建议和深入研究的方向。
The evaluations of the public transit service performance researches have received more and more attentions from researchers at home and abroad. This paper took the research achievements as the review object. It reviewed and commented systematically for the evaluation criteria, evaluation methods and evaluation indicators of public transit service performance. And it reviewed the development and main results of the current research, discussed the limitations of the existing research and finally put forward some further research ideas.
